For big size electronics cleanroom the air flow rate is quite large, in order to meet the high air volume requirements, the HEPA filters should be more filter area; normally deep pleated HEPA filter cannot offer enough filter area for that. The high volume HEPA filter is V cell design that can maximize the filter area and mini pleated design also enlarge the filter area.
