Fan Filter Unit consist of HEPA filter, pre filter, centrifugal fan, housing, cable, power on-off and so on. The FFU are mainly used in cleanroom or clean booth, it`s very easily to install and to replace the HEPA filters. Easily to control the airflow velocity.
XNGK FFU fan filter unit are motorized by centrifugal fan, the fan power is 220V, 50Hz, also foreign standard is available; air flow rate from 1000-2000 CBM per hour adjustable by infinity adjustable controller.
Stainless steel frame is quite suitable for high moist, high acid or alkali situations. The 304, 430, 201 stainless steel can offer stronger body and prevent corrosion. It`s very good for long term usage. Some pharmaceutical, or food processing situation, the air humidity is higher than normal environment. And there are many salt, sugar, smell, oil in the area. Those pollutions can make the housing weak and corrosion, but stainless steel frame not.
HEPA filters is glass fiber media, efficiency H13 ( EN:1822 ), air flow rate 1000-2000 CBM per hour, initial resistance 220pa, final resistance is 500Pa;
The glass fiber media with very good performance of large dust holding ability, low pressure drop and stable efficiency.
The motorized FFU fan filter unit can offer accelerated airflow down to the cleanroom, push cleanroom air flow continuously, make sure the cleanroom is pressure positive.
